
Jack’s is a popular fast-food chain that sought to create a mobile app to enhance customer engagement and streamline ordering. Partnering with a development company, we had to balance creative design with technical constraints, ensuring that the final product aligned with their capabilities while maintaining an intuitive and visually engaging experience.
My role was to design a fun and user-friendly app experience that incorporated key features such as rewards points, menu navigation, locations, and promotional imagery. Given the development restrictions, this project required close collaboration with the app builders to ensure feasibility while delivering an engaging interface that aligned with Jack’s brand identity.
