Atlas Search was an internal recruiting and candidate management platform designed to support recruiter workflows across a highly data-driven environment. Joining the project mid-development, my role focused on supporting evolving product and design needs across the product.
The work included improving dashboard flexibility, refining recruiter workflows, and evolving interface interactions through ongoing collaboration with stakeholders and developers. Through iterative design updates, the platform continued growing into a more adaptable and user-focused internal tool.
A major focus of the platform updates involved improving layout flexibility and creating a more adaptable recruiter experience inspired by familiar productivity tools like Outlook and Gmail. Through iterative wireframing and UI exploration, I explored different panel states, dashboard behaviors, and interaction patterns to help users navigate large amounts of information more efficiently across the platform.

My path here hasn’t been linear, but every step shaped how I think and design. From studying sociology and linguistics to finding a design passion to leading product design work for complex platforms, I’ve always been drawn to systems, stories, and the people behind them. This portfolio is a reflection of the experiences that taught me how to ask better questions, collaborate, design, create, and build with purpose.
